How to get rid of negative thinking?

We have been gifted such a beautiful life . But the problem with us is negative thinking. We dont see what is good in our life but focus on what is wrong. Thinking too much about negativeness stops us from doing things which we desire..

In path of reaching success we forget to live our life, getting too much greedy makes us forget to smile. And if some problem comes we become too much negative instead of solving problem we think why we are only stuck with this problem!





But the reality is its not just we but many people are having lot bigger problem then us. We must understand one thing that its upto us how we make our life and how we think on particular situation.

What makes you negative?
Problems,situation,people, environment no the reality is no one can make you negative its just that you are mind... which plays a trick on you. Life doesnt came with a menu card where  you can order anything and eat it. As we never know what will happen in the very next moment . We have to experience life as it comes .

One negative thought played on loop in mind can make you stressed,ill,etc. Problems comes to everyone some people grow from it but others dont. You know what we all know we are thinking in negative way but still we are doing it.

How to get rid of negativity?

1. Make a list of things which you are grateful for.
This trick is practically applied. When you write small things which you are grateful for then you understand you have plenty of reason to smile and  to be happy.

2. Try to engage with positive people
If you are having a contact with positive people then you can observe them and understand how they behave in unfavorable circumstances,how they motivate themself  and solve complex problems.

3.Never compare yourself
Our life ,thoughts,situations all are  totally different from others. There is no point in comparing because comparision can make you feel that you are not good enough even if you are ! It can make you negative about your own self which can lead to low self confidence.

4.Forget past
Some unfavourable situations come in our life which we hardly forget and keep thinking it many times. Thinking on the same old wrong situation can spoil your present .Dont keep thinking negative situation of past.Its gone and if you say people remember you are having wrong notion. All are actually busy in their own world no one actually thinks as you think about that situation. Everything is fine.

5. Say yourself that you are positive person
Fake it till you make it. Say yourself that you are positive person and happy with your life.

6.Try to find positive qualities in all
Its our habit that we try to seek other fault.
Instead of thinking that the other person is bad,egoistic,etc you can find positive quality of others and appreciate them. You can also understand what mistakes they have done and how can you avoid it.

7. Try to find out 5 mins for meditaion.
Meditation can calm your negative feelings.
Your mind can be cleared ,you will feel light and happy. Its also benefial for whole body.
It may make you feel better and positive

8.Deep breath can do wonder.
Deep breath can also help in removing negativity. Imagine positivity entering inside when you are breathing in and negativity going outside when you are breathing out.

9. Organise
If you see your surrounding  is organised,all things are properly placed then it gives positive signals to brain

10. Stop complaining start expressing gratitude.
Stop complaining about others,things,problems etc and start expressing thankfulness ....
