Before going to the tips &tricks to be healthy let me ask you that why you want to be healthy? You can be as you want and continue to be unhealthy right? Then what makes you to struggle yourself and wanted to adapt healthy lifestyle?
The only reason behind asking this question is to make you realise how much you are serious about your decision...how strong is your commitment...and to know whether you are going to follow the steps or not...because we read and hear a lot...but never find ourself successful in adapting it. So if your desire to adapt healthy lifestyle is not strong then no point in reading tips and tricks to be healthy!
So now after knowing that you really want to be healthy as you are continuing reading...lets get started....
1.Do you sleep late at night?
Reason might be work or might be mobile...but try not to compromise your sleep...Atleast 7 to 8 hours sleep is required for our body. If you still cannot postpone work and wanted to be awake...then try to take out time and take nap on day.This will refresh and reenergise you. 2. Be hygiene .. Sometime in busy schedule we forget to take care of our body as well as place surrounded to us...So try to maintain as much as cleanliness possible
3. Eat right food at right time .Never skip breakfast and never have heavy meals at night
4. Avoid junk food as far as possible ...for help you can read blog of junk food vs healthy food
5.Water alone can help you a lot...Drinking morning on empty stomach has several health benefits...
6.Try to minimise drinking water during eating food...you can drink 1 hour before and 1 hour after your food...
7. Chew food as much as possible...
8.Try to add dryfruits,fruits,vegetables,salad,sprouts in your diet.
9 Just go and have a walk of 10 mins.. if you cant go in morning go at evening but try doing and dont make excuses of getting up late!.you can go to a nearby park or just any other place..
10.Exercise regularly..just start with simple things and gradually increase it...you can also do eye exercise if you have glasses...
11. Breathing exercise have lots of health benefits and different yoga posses gives different health benefits...try it
12. Try to be away from stress by meditation,doing what you love...it could be like listening music,spending time with family,playing with kids,reading books etc
