Basic habits for better lifestyle

 I know its not a brand new year to form resolutions. But why we look forward to a brand new year to vary, if we will make changes within the next day or could also be from today itself?


May be you have experienced that on 31st  december we write so many things,about what to change but when 1st january comes we totally forget it or just say that just one day from tomorrow changes will be made and that tomorrow never comes!

So Here is the list of  basic habits for better life style.



1. Getting up early.
This point is for those who get up late.
First basic habits for better lifestyle is to get up early. Getting up early then usual time is not just good for body but it makes you relaxed. You will feel all your work is done early itself. You will have time to plan a day. And you will become more organised and will get more time to do things which you never did. Your boring schedule will be killed by exciting morning.
        But getting up early is possible if you  sleep early. So finish all your work early today itself so that you can sleep early and get up early tomorrow.

2.Have goals and work on it
Life is meaningless if we don't have goals. Always Ask yourself what work you are doing and why are doing so. By adding goals,we can give meaning to every action.Goals make you focused and give clarity and itself act as motivation when you think why you have decided for that goal.

3. Health is priority
Avoid habits which is injurious to your health.In the urge of success dont ignore your health! Try everything possible for your body. Dont give excuse of not having time. Health should be your first priority. Avoid junk, do exercise,yoga,breathing exercise, meditation etc . This looks like boring but try it for a month you will feel good and can experience great energy in your body.

4. Give rest to mind.
Sometimes we think so much that we start to forget a lot. Sometimes we waste our time and energy in unwanted things and trouble our mind a lot.So for couple of minutes just relax and keep your mind calm.

5. Organise
It applies to every aspect of our life. Organise everything may be your work place or may be your house . De clutter  waste and make space . It feels good and we become more confident when everything is in proper way.

6. Dont exhaust yourself by overusage of technology unnecessarily
It may be t.v, laptop or mobile just stay away from this gadgets  when not required. In the name of entertainment dont spoil time too much. Sometimes its ok to see for a couple of minutes to feel refreshed but when we overuse it ,it slowly becomes our addiction and later its difficult to stop ourself.

7.Help others
We should always try to help others as much as possible. You will feel proud of yourself and a sense of happiness.

8. Have time for yourself
Keep one hour aside from busy schedule and think about your life.  What is right and What is wrong ,how can you correct it and make your life much better.In this one hour try to feel relaxed. Go for some massage, dance, follow your hobby,listen music and just enjoy yourself.

9. Go out
Atleast twice or thrice a month go out.  Go somewhere may be for shopping,for treking,travel new places and explore life.

10. Dont just plan but implement also
Inspite of putting so much effort in planning ,when we cant implement its utter waste. Focus on your actions more. Sometimes its better to  straight away  go and work rather then planning too much..

11.Learn new things and upgrade yourself
Somethings do not have connection with our success but inspite of it we must always be open to learn and upgrade ourself. We should not resist to change.

12. Acquire knowledge
Read some books,novels,watch some motivational videos,learn from the experience of others. Acquire knowledge as much as possible and use it wisely.
