Be frank are you jealous of something ,somebody or you are the reason of people's jealous?

But in case if you are feeling jealous of somebody then you must first accept it and this is not easy as it looks.This is because your mind will not accept it as it hurts your ego.But once you say yourself that you are really feeling jealous then you get power to rule your mind.
Once you deeply understand about your feelings and emotions then only you can win over your mind and if you do so, you are much far better then other person.So close your eyes,take deep breath and ask yourself that in your life somewhere or the other you felt jealous of someone or not?
If your answer is no then ok but if you are answer is yes then also its ok.
If you felt jealous then say yourself that this is the feeling which can force you to be better then that person.And this can happen only when you push yourself forward and not by pushing other person down!
So now if you have understood that you feel jealous sometimes and the fact that it is naturally ok.Then take steps to make yourself better.
Observe that person and ask yourself why you feel jealous ?which quality of that person makes you feel so?Make their positive qualities as you role model.If possible talk to them and try not to hate them.
