Benefits of yoga

Yoga
Staring at your phone 24/7 which is not healthy....its better to do yoga for a couple of minutes atleast.We people need reason for exercising,yoga,studies kind of thing so lets find it...




Benefits of yoga

1.Boosts Immunity
2.Improves flexibility
3.Increases blood flow
4.Boosts happiness
5.Helps in building muscles
6.Helps in losing weight
7.Lowers B.P and glucose level
8.Helps in curing some diseases
9.Makes our body active and energetic etc

I am sure that many of you have not at all read above points and also know that many of you also know it.So...

If your are a person who keep staring phone...who always says he is doing timepass and never agrees that you are actually wasting time then read next lines..

Its our body just like our home which is a clean place as well as a place of happiness,similarly keep your body clean and healthy and let your body smile and be thankful to you that you have cared so much for it. And if yoga is one of the way ..then just do it.

But if choose no as a matter of being busy then imagine yourself kicked out of your home.I mean if you don't care for your body you will land up with disease or you will not be healthy enough nor energetic and will soon loose yourself.Its true everyone will die one day but not because of negligence....

So choice is yours.

I know you people are still are not satisfied.
See guys we all have a mentality from noodles to cooking other receipes where we want everything to be instant.So one of the reason that we are not doing it is we are not having any diseases thus there is no reason to do and its not a one day process,we cant find any changes if we dont do it.

How true it is if its do ar die situation we will do it without thinking but why we ignore and make ourself into a situation of do or die?
We say its ok but its actually not.we need instant things but benefits of yoga is not instant but it is life longing.It is thanks given by you to your body.
