Past:
Everyone in their life comes to a stage where they experience negative and challenging situation which makes them weak.When past is full of negative feelings then it becomes difficult to stop our self from rethinking on it again and again.
We live in a way and have a mindset that life must always be in our favour.But when life gives us shock then we can't handle it.We will be wondering that why this happened to me? But we fail to understand that their is something good from the worst situation.
It takes time to recover but its difficult to forget! Its very easy to say' move on' but difficult to live again with same enthusiasm.If something is related to our past & comes in our present we fear a lot and will be wishing to go away from it.

The unpleasant past can be getting rejected,failures,mistakes we make,relationships,financial problems,health issue's ,death of someone,etc
It can be anything and as worst as possible but never lose hope.Their is always a purpose behind it.Its all a part of life and more early you accept this fact more beneficial you will be.
Its true that sometime the situation becomes bad but the negative way in which we think makes it worst! This unpleasant situation actually makes us strong.
Should you forget your past?
Might be your answer is yes but better option will be to learn from it and grow out of it.If you try to forget it then it means those moments where waste but you also choose to make best from waste.

I am not saying to forget it but suggesting to focus more on positive side.Don't be too serious because one fine day when you get old,you may laugh on it.The reality is situation are not good or bad but what we feel make them so.Thus try to be happy and express gratitude for all positiveness and love your life to the fullest .
