Junk food vs healthy food

Food is essential for our life.Although  there are variety and number of dishes and in this numerous collection of dishes one can find that a single dish can be prepared in many ways.Thus the possibilities are unlimited.There comes junk food and healthy food



Junk food
What junk food actually is?
Ready to eat products like chips,chocolates various other snacks,cold drinks and fast food like burger,pizza,french fries and many other like chats etc

Healthy food 
What healthy food actually is?
Healthy food basically means home made food or fresh food like fruits,green and leafy vegetables, tomatoes ,carrots and various other things like wheat,rice,dal etc

Junk food vs Healthy food.

1.Junk food is mouthwatering, yummy and delicious and thus one cannot control them self  to eat.
Later point of time when it will have drastic effect on your body and your health is destroyed completely you cannot control yourself to take medicines ! Which are not at all tasty...

2.It will not happen immediately right so I can eat for sometime and when its time to eat medicine or when i fall sick i will take precaution that time.
 There is no guarantee of taking precaution because sometime you can be so serious that if you want to eat healthy food also you may not able to!

3.Everyone eats it and very few gets problem so it may not happen in my case so i need not need to worry about it.
You will get your answer by talking to those few people who had suffered from it.

4.Its ok to eat sometimes.
This is the reason why people go to hospital!

5.Its matter of chance
As said prevention is always better than cure!

6.If I will not eat junk food i will always feel sad
If you ate for long period of time you will regret it.

Conclusion:

See i am not saying to quit junk food but suggesting you to reduce it.Have you noticed that inspite of good technology and development our previous generation was quite healthier than us?This is all because of changes in lifestyle .And one among it the important fact will be food we consume.

Avoid junk food as much as possible.If you want to eat tasty food there are number of food which are healthy and delicious enough to feed your taste buds.Try that and keep yourself fit untill its too late.
